Product Availability
Our store offers a range of merchandise, including clothing, accessories, and educational materials. While we strive to maintain accurate inventory levels, some items may become temporarily unavailable. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and offer alternatives if possible.
Ordering and Payment
To place an order, simply add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Payment is taken by credit or debit card (and wallets such as Apple Pay or Google Pay where available) through Stripe, our secure payment processor. Fentanyl Anonymous never sees or stores your full card number.
Shipping
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay. Apparel is made to order and ships separately from keytags, kits, and other items.
Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with an item, you may request a refund within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and unused, with tags attached. Please contact us at info@fentanyl-anonymous.org to initiate the refund process.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to arrange the exchange. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and unused, with tags attached. Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with details and photographic evidence. We will assess the issue and provide instructions for returning the item or arranging a replacement.
